The host school of Class 3A Sectional 29 is moving on to the Championship game, as the Greensburg
Pirates defeated Lawrenceburg on Friday night.
The game was tightly contested through the first two quarters, but the Pirates opened up the game in the 3rd quarter when they outscored Lawrenceburg 17-9, giving them a 10-point advantage at the end of the quarter that would ultimately lead to the win.
Greensburg’s top scorer in the game was Jeter Edwards with 16 points.
