SUNMAN, IN — Sunman Utilities will estimate bills being sent out March 1 due to difficulties in accessing meters because of the recent winter storm, in which ice was an issue.
Town officials say the estimate is based on an average of prior consumption, which may – more or less – be the actual amount of water used during a billing period.
The issue is expected to be corrected in time for April billing when actual use is recorded.
