Batesville, IN—The 46 annual Music and Arts Festival is starting tonight through Friday. Due to the potential for severe weather this evening, the Endless Summer Band will be playing at the Bier Hall at The Sherman from 7:30 to 9:30 pm. Food will be provided by Big Four Cafe.
