Free Fishing Days Set for This Year

(Statewide) – Indiana’s first Free Fishing Day of this year is May 12.

On Free Fishing Days, Indiana residents do not need a fishing license or a trout/salmon stamp to cast a line on the state’s public waters.

All other rules, such as seasons, bag and size limits apply.

This year’s other free fishing days are on June 1 and 2 and September 28.
