The St. Louis Cardinals 5th grade boys basketball team defeated St.

The St Louis Cardinals 7th grade basketball team hosted the Benjamin Rush 7th grade team last night and came away with another win by the score of 37 – 10.

The Cardinals played well defensively

The Batesville Middle School 7th Grade Team won big against Brookville by a score of 58 to 15.

The Bulldogs came out focused and ready to play and jumped out to a 21 to 0

The Batesville High School Freshman Basketball team opened their season with a 38-33 win at home over Franklin County.

The EC Women’s swim team start the season 2-0 as they down the Raiders of South Ripley and Indians of Milan in a Tri-meet on Thursday night.

Individual Event Winners:  Audra Brewer 100 breast, Emily Gutzwiller 200/500 free, and Taylor

The 8th Grade “A” Sunman-Dearborn Trojans defeated Jac-Cen-Del last night by a score of 47-15.

Scoring by quarters was SDMS 10-8, halftime was SDMS 19-9, 3rd quarter was 37-13, with the final at 47-15.

After back to back tough losses to start the season, the Batesville Middle School 7th Graders picked up their first win of the season against South Decatur.
