Trever was known for his infectious laugh and warm smile. He was rarely serious and had a way of turning even the worst situations into something more bearable. Being around him was easy, and he always found a way to make people laugh. Trever was an avid outdoorsman and loved spending time outside. Nothing made him happier than taking his kids fishing or hunting, or anyone else who wanted to go, for that matter. For the past 31 years, he looked forward to his annual “fishing trip” with his close friends, a tradition he truly enjoyed and cherished. He loved to travel, especially with his wife and children. One of his favorite trips was a recent two-week family adventure out west, which brought him a lot of joy and created memories his family will always treasure. He also enjoyed traveling to West Virginia with his father, brother Jeremy, and his son, Hunter, where they spent time together tending to their oil wells.
Trever enjoyed golfing, playing cards and poker, boating, and going on Ranger and Jeep rides. Some of his favorite memories from camp were playing board games with his mother and aunts. He also had a love of camping with family and friends where he enjoyed playing putt-putt, golfing, or beating his wife in a game of Farkle. He was also one heck of a griller and could smoke some of the best meat around. At least nobody was better if you asked him.
More than anything, Trever loved being with family and friends. He never missed an event, gathering, or celebration. No matter how bad he was feeling, he showed up. You could always count on seeing Trever there, ready with a smile, a joke, and a good time. That’s how he will be remembered by those who loved him.
While Trever enjoyed many things in life, nothing meant more to him than his wife, children, and family. They were the center of his world and the people he was most proud of.
