Metamora man arrested for burglary

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ind. — A Metamora man was arrested after police say he burglarized a Metamora business.

According to police, Ralph Edward Bannon, 38, is facing two counts of Burglary.

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department says deputies responded to Have-A-Bite restaurant in Metamora to investigate a complaint of a male attempting to enter the building after the restaurant was closed.

Officers determined Bannon was trying to break into the business to steal multiple items.

During questioning at the jail, investigators determined Bannon was also responsible for another burglary earlier in the year at the same restaurant.
