GREENSBURG, Ind. — A Milan man was arrested after trespassing in Greensburg.
According to police, Mitchell Sherman-Russell, 26, is facing two counts of Criminal Trespass.
Police say officers saw Russell’s vehicle on a property and were aware that Russell has a no trespass order for the property.
When confronting Russell, he told them that the property manager told him the order was going to be dropped, but when officers reached out to the manager, the manager informed them the request was never dropped.
