Judy found great joy in caring for others. She spent many years babysitting for friends, family, and neighbors. A woman of deep faith, she was an active member of St. John the Evangelist Parish, Enochsburg, where she served as a catechist, volunteered with the church picnic committee, helped organize raffles, and generously gave her time cleaning the church grounds for many years. Later, she returned to her home parish, St. Anthony of Padua, where her faith continued to guide her daily life. She was an active member of the Daughters of Isabella All Saints Circle #1384 and found comfort and strength in praying the Rosary and reading her daily devotions. In her free time, she enjoyed sewing and quilting, tending to her garden, and watching the birds that visited her yard.
Family was always important to her, and she enjoyed sharing holidays, celebrations, and everyday moments with those she loved. Her greatest joy was her grandchildren. She loved watching them grow and was always there to support them. Whether sitting beside them in church on Sundays, cheering from the ball field, or attending their many activities, she was always present. She enjoyed spoiling them with their favorite snacks and ice cream, but most of all, she loved spending time with them.
Her servant’s heart, unwavering faith, and love for family and community will be remembered by all who knew her.
