The SLS 7th grade Cardinals basketball team improved to 7-0 defeating Milan Jr. High School Monday, November 18, by the score of 29-22.
Once again, the Cardinals were without the services of Robert Raver, but Sam Giesting and George Ritter stepped-up to lead the Cardinals in scoring while Kevin Salatin was the team’s leading rebounder. Alex Geers played an all-round good game at the point and Nathan Eckstein filled in nicely for Raver.
The Cardinals play Sunman Dearborn Thursday night at SLS.

St Louis 8th grade boys basketball team lost to Milan 36 to 14.
Milan’s aggressive defense forced too many turnovers for the Cardinals to
overcome. Kyle Siefert, Baird Tuveson & Stuart Lamping led the Cardinals on offense. Jack Kellerman & Chandler Meyers led on defense.

The St. Louis Red Team traveled to Rising Sun to take on the Southeast IN Panthers and were defeated 35-14.
Sam Voegele was the leading scorer with 6 points followed by Andrew Oesterling with 4 points. Karson Macke and Michael Wanstrath had two points each.
