Track and field athletes throughout the month of March have been competing at indoor meets in hopes of earning a spot at the Hoosier State Relays. The big state indoor meet is March 26 at Indiana University.
To earn a spot at IU, an athlete must be among the top 24 in a running event, long jump and shot put or among the top 18 in the high jump and pole vault. There is both a large school and small school division based on football classification.
The following area athletes will be competing on the 26th in Bloomington (qualifying position).
4A, 5A and 6A schools:
East Central

1A, 2A and 3A schools:
Franklin County
