Vevay, IN—On November 19, Jeffery T. Smith Jr., age 30, of Owenton, KY, was extradited from Kentucky to the Switzerland County Jail after being arrest on a warrant issued by Switzerland County Circuit Court. The warrant came after an investigation by the Switzerland County Sheriff’s Office in regards to Smith’s social media use.
Smith appeared in Switzerland County Circuit Court on Wednesday, November 20 and pled not guilty to allegations of Child Solicitation and Dissemination of Matter Harmful to a Minor. He is currently being held on a $5,000.00 cash bond in the Switzerland County Jail.
