William “Bill” Joseph Fisher, 61, of Greensburg passed away June 20, 2026. He was born on January 5, 1965 in Elmira, New York, the son of William Sr. and Mary House Fisher. Bill was a 1987 graduate of Elmira High School. He was a United States Army Veteran serving from 1987 to 1992. Bill was very proud of being a first responder. On July 4, 2006, he married Debbie Moistner. Bill worked as a team lead in welding for Honda Manufacturing.
Survivors include: wife; Debbie Fisher; siblings, Debbie (Dale) Luther, Douglas (Lise) Fisher, Greg (Darlene) Boehm, Steven (Sherrie) Fisher, Peter (Michelle) Fisher, Bill (Nancy) Fisher Jr; granddaughter, Brooklyn Milligan; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother and stepfather, Mary and Peter Constantino, Sr. and father, William Fisher Sr.
