Batesville, In. — The U.S. Department of Defense has awarded a $45 million contract to Batesville-based Hill-Rom.
The five-year, fixed-price contract will provide hospital equipment to a Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support base in Philadelphia through September of 2022.
Hill-Rom competed with 27 other companies to get the contract.
