The 31st Annual Crackaway Daze II Festival will be taking place on Saturday, September 14, and will conclude the next day on Sunday, September 15. The festival will be held at Salt Creek Township Park in New Point. On Saturday, there will be a breakfast held at 7 a.m., followed by the parade at 11 a.m. Throughout the day there will be a Pie Baking Contest as well as an Art Contest. Flea Market and Country Stores will be open along with FREE bingo. A kiddie barrel train will be chugging along both days. Food for Saturday will be pulled pork, walking tacos, beef and homemade noodles, and hotdogs and chili dogs.
