Drive-through dog and cat vaccination clinic set for Saturday in Metamora

METAMORA, IN — The Franklin County Humane Society will hold a drive-through vaccination clinic for dogs and cats on Saturday (October 9) from 1:30 until 3:30 pm at Metamora Gateway Park, which is located at 19067 U.S. 52.

Services offered Saturday include:
DOGS:
Annual Rabies- $15
Distemper- $12
Bordatella- $15
CATS:
Annual Rabies- $15
Feline 4-Way- $12

Flea/Tick preventions are available for purchase. The cost is based on the weight of your pet.

Microchip your pet for $20.

New this year: Personalized Pet ID Tags for just $7.

Cash and credit cards will be accepted. There will be a small processing fee added for credit card payments.

The Humane Society says if you or anyone in your household has had symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or has been exposed to someone who has tested positive in the past 14 days, please stay home. Another vaccination clinic will be held in April 2022.
Please bring a mask and be prepared to wear it in situations where social distancing is not possible.
As you enter the lot a volunteer will greet you and take your registration paperwork. Please remain in your vehicle until you receive the okay to proceed to the vaccination area.
As always, dogs must be leashed and cats kept in carriers for their safety.
