John Levi, 63 of Milan, passed away Thursday May 25, 2016 at his residence. John was born July 10, 1952 in Milan the son of Ernest and Juanita (Walker) Levi.

Carolyn Cummins of Brookville, Indiana, was born on October 6, 1955 in Oneida, Kentucky, the daughter of Donald and Lila Gay Barrett.  On June 12, 1971 Carolyn married Ronnie Cummins at the First Baptist Church
