BHS Cross Country

The Batesville High School Cross Country teams traveled to Shelbyville to compete in Regionals, and State qualifying meet.  The rain all came through the night before and it ended up being perfect weather for a 5k race. There were 25 teams and 75 individuals standing at the 52-box start line for each race.  With the boys having 248 runners in their race and the girls 239.  For most of the Bulldogs, this was the end of their season, but for Kaylynn Bedel and Lexiyne Harris, they get to compete one more time, as they qualified individually for the State Meet next weekend in Terre Haute. Kaylynn and Lexi were one of the top 15 individuals not on a qualifying team.
