INDIANAPOLIS – Felix Rosenqvist gave Meyer Shank Racing one of the biggest moments in team history.

Now, the Indianapolis 500 winner is preparing to move on.

Meyer Shank Racing has confirmed Rosenqvist will leave the team at the end of the NTT IndyCar Series season, just weeks after the Swedish driver delivered a dramatic victory at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

“It’s unfortunate that Felix has decided to move on from MSR at the end of the season, particularly given everything we’ve accomplished together, including this year’s Indy 500 victory.”
– Meyer Shank Racing co-owner Mike Shank, to RACER

Rosenqvist, 34, won the 110th running of the Indianapolis 500 in May, beating David Malukas by .0233 seconds. It was the closest finish in race history.

The win was Meyer Shank Racing’s second Indianapolis 500 victory and Rosenqvist’s first win in “The Greatest Spectacle in Racing.”
