“Later, I embraced administrative leadership, graduating from the Indianapolis Metro Police Department’s Leadership Academy and the Indiana Sheriff’s Association Leadership Course. Promoted to Sergeant in 2017, I now supervise the agency’s evening shifts and serve as the administrator for the Indiana Traffic Safety Grant, also known as Operation Pull Over,” Sgt. Henson said. “These roles have given me extensive experience in budgeting, scheduling, and officer management.”
