The Yellow Jackets managed only a single point throughout the entire game—coming on a free throw late in the first quarter.
The second quarter was more of the same, with the Cardinals adding another five points to their lead, making it a 16-1 advantage at halftime. St. Louis didn’t let up in the second half, continuing to apply pressure and finishing strong with an additional 17 points to seal the win.
Leading the charge offensively was JJ Hountz, who finished with a game-high 17 points, demonstrating a mix of smooth ball-handling and finishing ability. Lucas Werner contributed 8 points, while Ethan Dierckman added 4. Caleb Hardebeck and Luke Enneking chipped in 2 points each, rounding out the scoring for the dominant Cardinals.
The Cardinals will look to build on this commanding victory as they prepare for their next challenge on Thursday evening against St. Lawrence.
