METAMORA, Ind. — Two Greensburg residents have been injured in a motorcycle accident in Metamora.
According to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department, Cody M. Young, 26, and the passenger Laura Hitch, 42, were injured after the rear tire of the motorcycle blew, causing it to overturn.
Emergency crews responded to the 911 call at US 52 and Shack Road on Friday after 7:00 PM.
The two were airlifted to the University of Cincinnati Hospital for treatment of their injuries.
