Batesville Freshman Football team lost a tough 27-6 game to East Central to drop their record to 2-1.
Offensively, the Bulldogs scored on a 12 yard TD run from Luke Schroeder. Garren WIlliamson had a nice catch for the offense while Josh Maple, Logan Mears, and Denny Sweezey blocked well for the Bulldogs.
Defensively, Hunter Hon and Josh Maple lead the defense with multiple tackles for loss. Andrew Deputy and Logan Mears also played very hard and made nice plays for the Bulldogs. Drew McCleod also recorded an Interception.
Batesville will play Lawrenceburg at home next Thursday at 5:30.
