On Tuesday, a jury trial begins for an Aurora man charged with Child Molestation.

The case stems from alleged incidents that occurred in the Versailles area from 2004-2008. Charges were filed on June 24, 2013.

55-year-old Carl Gleason will be in a Ripley County Courtroom facing 2 counts of Child Molestation (class A felony), Sexual Misconduct with a Minor (class B felony), Sexual Misconduct with a Minor (class C felony) and Vicarious Sexual Gratification (class C felony).

Jury selection began Monday and is being completed Tuesday morning. According to state law, Gleason could potentially face multiple decades in prison if convicted.
