Susan Lee Robinson, 74, of Metamora, IN passed away Wednesday morning, April 20, 2016 at Brookville Healthcare Center where she had been a resident since September 23, 2015. She had been in failing health for the past several months.
She was born November 11, 1941 in Cincinnati, OH, the daughter of John Carl and Mary Guisinger Hibbett.
On May 7, 1988, she was married in the Elm Grove Baptist Church in Metamora, IN to Raymond Lee Robinson. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker. Mr. Robinson survives.
She was a faithful member of the Elm Grove Baptist Church, Metamora, IN. In her leisure she enjoyed bird watching, working in her flower and vegetable garden and was an avid adult softball player, playing for the women’s softball team, “The Ding-A-Lings”.
Survivors include her husband, Raymond Robinson, of Metamora, IN; three children, Michael Anthony Panzeca, of Pompano Beach, FL, John Dominic Panzeca and wife, Susan, of Milford, OH and Gina Marie Panzeca, of Reading, OH; two step-daughters, Deborah Jean Spurlock, of Connersville and Angela Kay Ruble, of Laurel; seven grandchildren, Brett Andrew Frosio, Benjamin John Panzeca, Bethany Rose Panzeca, April Renee Baker, Regina Michelle Ault, Amanda Pauline Allen and Trevor Lee Ruble; seven great-grandchildren, Harleigh Johnson, Eli Ault, Abryann Baker, Owen Baker, Luke Baker, Lilly Baker and Mason Allen; a brother, Jim Minshall, of Cincinnati, OH; two sisters, Judy Smith, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL and Barbara “Bobbie” Schmidt, Cincinnati, OH; a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Bill Hibbett.
Funeral services will be held at 1 PM, Monday, April 25, 2016 at Miller, Moster, Robbins Funeral Home with Pastor Randy Edwards officiating. Burial will be in Laurel North Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 AM until 1 PM on Monday and anytime at millermosterrobbins.com.
