The St. Louis Cardinals 6th grade boys basketball team pushed their record to an impressive 11-2 on the season with a win over St. Michaels tonight by a score of 33-22.

Defensively, the Cardinals shut down the offensive weapons of St. Michaels and put on an impressive performance. The Cardinals only allowed seven points in the first half! Offensively, the Cardinals are blessed with the ability to pass and share the ball amongst all the players.

The team was led in scoring by Charlie Schebler (16), Noah Tuveson (9), Alec Bunselmeier (2), Nate Vankirk (2), Jack Hollins (2), and Abe Hollins (2). Another key aspect of the win was the effort of Luke Meyer and Aiden Geers who played really aggressive defense!

The 6th grade will play again their last game of the season next Wednesday night in the Activity Center against Greendale.
