RUSH COUNTY, Ind. – Authorities are looking for a missing 53-year-old Rush County man.
He is believed to be in danger and in need of medical attention, police say.
Howard Bullard is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 190 lbs., with short brown hair and brown eyes.
The tip of his right ring finger is missing and a long scar on his right calf may be visible.
It is unknown what type of clothing Bullard is wearing but police believe he is driving a 1998 green, 4-door Honda Accord with Indiana license 973NCN.
