State Representative Jud McMillin(R-Brookville) and Randy Frye (R-Greensburg) will co-host a town hall meeting at the Dillsboro American Legion Post on Saturday, March 22.
The meeting, which is open to the public will begin at 11:00 a.m. and includes a wrap-up of the 2014 legislative session.
“Much was accomplished this legislative session but more work needs to be done in order to make Southeast Indiana a better place to live, work and raise a family,” said Rep. McMillin. “My job revolves around knowing what issues matter most to the members of my community, so I encourage everyone to attend this Town Hall.”
The meeting will provide an opportunity for the public to interact with their state representatives, discuss the legislative session and address any ongoing issues.
“It is very important to me that our community be informed of legislative changes and how those changes will affect local residents,” said Rep. Frye. “This session has been a tremendous success, made possible by the continued feedback of Hoosiers across the state.” I want to continue to have an open dialogue, so that our regions interested and concerns are addressed.”
The American Legion Post is located at 12915 Main Street in Dillsboro.
