Indians Winners Over Bulldogs In Freshman Action

Basketball HoopsThe Batesville Freshman were defeated by Milan 43-40 Thursday night.

 

Zach Britton led all scorers with 16. Peyton Meyer and Alex Roell each added 8. Gunner Olsen (6), and Zach Prickel (2) rounded out scoring for Batesville.

 

The Freshman Bulldogs will be back in action Saturday morning in the second game of the Batesville Invitational where they play host to Beech Grove. Game time is for game 1 is 10:00am at Batesville High School.

Danielle Hountz from Batesville high School will be singing and Reverend Jill K. Campbell of St. Mark Lutheran Church will be the guest speaker. You are also invited to attend the Community Prayer Service, presented by the Batesville Ministerial Association at the Gazebo, located in the Village Green, downtown Batesville at 12:00 noon on Thursday, May 5. This tradition is in its’ 5th year and will be led by various Ministers from the area. Lunch will be provided following the service.
