Farm Club Events Rescheduled For This Weekend

farm clubA rainy weekend forced the Ripley County Farm Club to postpone some events in June, and they have been rescheduled for this weekend.

On Friday, Go-Kart Racing will begin with hot laps at 6:00 p.m. and the race starts at 7:00 p.m. Gates open at 3:00 p.m.

Grandstand admission is $5. Pit admission is $15. For more information contact Mike McEvoy at (812) 756-8374.

The ATV/ Truck Drags will be held on Saturday. The race begins at 5:00 p.m. and the gates and practice starts at 3:00 p.m.

Chris Schmaltz is a member of the F.A.R.M. Club and said, “I know KOI Drag Racing have people coming from all over the Tri-State area.”

Both events will be held at the Ripley County Fairgrounds, and camping is available.

F.A.R.M. CLUB (Farming & Antique Related Machinery) is a non-profit organization located in Southeastern Indiana. The organization has 300 members that are dedicated to collecting, exhibiting, restoring, and preserving farming and antique related equipment to retain its historical value.
