Versailles, IN — It’s been a busy 24 hours for Versailles Fire Rescue.
Crews called to rescue someone who was injured on the Versailles State Park horse trail Wednesday afternoon. That person was airlifted from the scene.
Versailles firefighters also responded to a single-vehicle rollover crash on Michigan Road Wednesday night, then were called to a similar wreck early Thursday morning on US 421 in which one person was taken to the hospital.
Other responders to these incidents included the Ripley County Sheriff’s Office, Ripley County EMS, and Versailles State Park staff.
