(Franklin County, IN) – INDOT crews will install and activate temporary traffic signals at U.S. 52 and Yellow Bank Road in Franklin County east of the closure where box culvert replacement work continues, on or after Tuesday, September 2.
The lights are going up to accommodate retaining wall installation.
The temporary signals are expected to be removed and deactivated when the box culvert project finishes in early October.
Of course, all work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
