(St. Leon, IN) – Sunman-Dearborn Community Schools has taken the wraps off plans for community Open Swim in East Central High School’s award-winning Natatorium.
Open lap swimming is scheduled from 6 to 7:30 pm on Wednesdays beginning September 6.
Open lap swimming will go to Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6 to 7:30 starting October 16.
Open Swim is available to all students and adults. Students in grades K-8 must be actively supervised by an adult in the pool or on the pool deck.
Locker rooms will be closed to the public but there are two public restrooms with a changing area.
Personal items will need to be secured on the pool deck.
Appropriate swim attire must be worn.
Clothing that has been “cut off,” including jean shorts; jeans or sweat pants; attire with exposed metal zippers and/or rivets, and clothing with offensive language and/or messaging are prohibited.
