(Decatur/Shelby Counties, IN) – Enforcement operations are underway in the Safe Zones speed control area on I-74 in Decatur and Shelby counties.
Speed control cameras that are posted between mile markers 113 and 134 are monitoring drivers’ speeds in construction zones.
Violation notices will be mailed to drivers caught going 11 mph or more over the speed limit, with fines ranging from $0 to $150.
A total of four Safe Zones speed control areas are now operating around the state.
