Versailles, Ind. —The Ripley County Health Department is offering rabies vaccinations this week for residents. The one-year vaccination is $7 and other vaccinations are available on request. Animals must be on a leash or in a pet carrier.
Indiana law requires dogs, cats and ferrets over three months old to be vaccinated.
Tuesday, May 16 at 5 p.m. in the Cross Plains school parking lot and at the Versailles Town Hall at 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday, May 17, 5 p.m. at the Osgood Fire Department and 7 p.m. at the Napoleon Fire Department.
Thursday, May 17 at the Holton Fire Department at 5 p.m.
