Batesville Invitational Middle School Golf Results

The St Louis Golf Team finished their year, this past Saturday, at the 4th annual Batesville Invitational.

The tournament featured teams from Batesville, Greensburg, Rush County, and Franklin County.

St Louis finished middle of the pack with a total team score of 230. Leading the scoring was Brandon Simmermeyer followed by Adam Voglesang, Jon Grieshop, Cayden Pohlman, and Cody Mohr.

BMS could not have asked for a more beautiful day to host their tournament on Saturday. It was a successful day on the course for the Bulldogs, as well. BMS Team 1 brought home 2nd place after losing in a tie breaker with Greensburg with a 183.

Drew Wagner was the tournament medalist firing a 41. He was followed closely by Austin Pohlman who was second with a 43. Other Team 1 scores were Brett Wagner (47), Zach Wade (52), and Dean Campbell (53).

BMS Team 2 finished the day in third place with a score of 211. They were led by Sam Emmons who shot a 48. Other Team 2 scores were Emma Weiler (50), Chase Cummings (55), Kylar Daulton (58), and Tori Harpring (61). Emma Weiler finished the tournament with the second low score for girls. Other scores for the Bulldogs were Logan Fletcher (57), Kyle Williamson (61), Conor Powell (64), and Courtney Chambers (65).

The Bulldogs finished their season with a record of 18-2.
