Phyllis Caudill (Billingsley) Siekerman, 87, Osgood formerly of Moores Hill

   Phyllis Caudill (Billingsley) Siekerman, 87, of Osgood formerly of Moores Hill, passed away Thursday, August 28, 2025, at her home with her loving family by her side. Phyllis was born on Friday, May 27, 1938, in Aurora; daughter of Robert and Callie (Gabbard) Billingsley. She married Billy Ray Caudill in November of 1960, and he preceded her in November of 1973. She then later married Gaylen Siekerman on October 28, 1978, and he preceded her in death on November 8, 2011. Phyllis enjoyed reading, fishing, camping, playing boards games and on Friday nights she enjoyed playing cards with her mom and brothers. Mostly she loved spending time with her family.

Phyllis will be missed by her daughter Lori Caudill Litton of Osgood; grandson Bryan Dornbach of KY; granddaughters Andrea Ellison of Osgood, Nicole (Jason) Dell of Lawrenceburg, Felicia (Jason) Sullivan of Dillsboro; sister Carol (Ed) Russell of Manchester; and daughter-in-law Yvonne Caudill. She will also be missed by many great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Callie Billingsley; husbands Billy Ray Caudill and Gaylen Siekerman; son Tony Caudill; brother Robert Sonny (Mary) Billingsley; brother James Jimmy (Wanda) Billingsley; sister JoAnn (Howard) Young; grandson Michael Ellison II; great-grandson Brayden Dudley; and niece Tonya Reeder.

Family and friends may gather in remembering Phyllis from 10:00-11:00 AM, Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at the Sibbett-Moore Funeral Home in Moores Hill. Services will follow at 11:00 AM, with Pastor Tom Holt officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be given in honor of Phyllis to Voices for Children.
