(Dearborn County, IN) – No one was hurt in a house fire on Kuebel Road in Dearborn County late Friday night.
All of the residents and two dogs safely escaped the flames.
The Miller-York Volunteer Fire Department received the initial call around 11 p.m., and received assistance from the Sunman, Manchester, Bright, St. Leon, New Trenton, Greendale, and Aurora fire departments and the Sunman Area Life Squad.
The owners of a nearby orchard allowed firefighters to pump water out of there pond for additional water supply.
