(Statehouse) – State Sen. Jean Leising (R-Oldenburg) met at the Statehouse recently with Batesville Mayor John Irrgang, Rushville Mayor Mike Pavey, and Connersville Mayor Chad Frank.
The purpose of the get together was to discuss legislation impacting local governments and affecting property taxes.
Leising says she regularly meets with local constituents and leaders to discuss pending issues affecting Senate District 42, which is comprised of Ripley, Decatur, Fayette, and Rush counties and portions of Franklin, Jennings and Shelby counties.
