John Eric Iles, age 51 of Milan, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2023. The son of Porter Alfred and Lucile Marie (Meek) Iles was born on April 16, 1971 in Cincinnati, Ohio.
John worked as a pressure washer for Pressure Cleaning Inc. He married Crystal Bechtel on February 15, 1997 at Pipecreek Freewill Baptist Church in Penntown, IN.
Those who knew John, learned he was a hard worker. He loved old cars and liked working on all types of vehicles. John enjoyed the outdoors, especially going camping and fishing. Most of all his family meant everything to him and he will be dearly missed by them all.
He is survived by his dear wife Crystal; daughters, Ashlee and Erika Iles; grandson, Preston John Porter Iles; and siblings, David (Patra) Iles, Debbie (Zeke) Barnett and Dawn (Mark) Dieckmann.
In addition to his parents, Porter and Lucile, he was preceded in death by one brother, Victor Iles.
Visitation will be Monday, January 30, 2023 from 5:00pm – 6:00pm at Meyers Funeral Home in Batesville. Cremation will follow.
