Jack Leisring, 79 years old, passed away early on the morning of December 14, 2024. Jack worked at Monsanto for over 30 years where he worked in the purchasing department and knew everyone at the plant. An avid bowler, he enjoyed the camaraderie of his bowling league. Jack was the guy who would help anyone he could, including people he didn’t know. He had a fun loving personality, was funny to the core and loved to tell jokes.
Jack will be deeply missed by his wife of 20 years, Bette Leisring; daughters Tera Lee Hungler and Nisa Lyn Hobeika. He is preceded in death by parents Wilbert and Sarah Liggett Leisring; siblings Anthony “Tony” Leisring, Mary Jo Nowlin, Bootsie Siegel, and William “Billy” Leisring.
Services for Jack will be held on Monday, December 23 Andres-Wuestefeld Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 1:00pm until the time of the memorial service at 1:30pm.
