(Indianapolis) – Lt. Gov. Suzanne Crouch and the Indiana Destination Development Corporation (IDDC) will officially launch “The Basketball Experience IN Indiana” on Sunday.
The microsite tells Indiana’s basketball story and why it is more than just a sport in the Hoosier State.
This microsite will give a guide to all things basketball in the Hoosier State. From larger-than-life-size statues and murals of coaches and players, to exhibits and stadiums across the state, there is something for every basketball fan.
It even includes Milan High School and the Milan ’54 Museum.
“The Basketball Experience IN Indiana” will officially launch just in time for the Indiana State Fair as the theme is “The State That Grew the Game of Basketball“. IDDC staff will be at the Indiana State Fair on Sunday to celebrate “IN Indiana Day”. People can meet IDDC staff at the end of the Boulevard inside Gate 1 to play games, win prizes and discover things to do around Indiana.
