MUNCIE, In. – Students are back on campus at Ball State University and so are the Indiana State Excise Police.
Police arrested 71 people this weekend on a total of 88 charges, including illegal possession of alcohol, false statement of age, resisting law enforcement, furnishing alcohol to a minor and possession of false ID.
There were 47 people arrested Friday and another 24 Saturday.
Fall semester classes start Monday in Muncie.
