Cole Henry Becomes South Ripley All-Time Leading Scorer

Lawrenceburg, IN – South Ripley hosted Lawrenceburg to do battle with the Tigers in the first game in the month of February.

As South Ripley looked to stay perfect on the season, Senior Cole Henry had another thing on his mind in the midst of this game, setting the all-time scoring record in front of a home crowd. And that’s exactly what he did, even with a quiet 14 point performance for the talented scorer, the Tigers couldn’t keep Henry from carving his name in  the South Ripley Basketball history books. Cole Henry has now scored 1,430 points in his career and that number will continue to climb.

Lawrenceburg tried to slow this game way down and keep the ball away from the Raiders, but that only worked for so long, as the Raiders handled this in the second half, extending the lead once more after the Tigers cut it to just 4 points at the end of the 3rd. Senior Blaine Ward led all scorers with 21 points. Final score, 49-39.
