The Bulldogs traveled to face the Connersville Spartans in their final conference match winning 1-0. The Dogs were eager to get onto the field and compete for a final win of the season before facing sectionals. Batesville possessed well throughout the first half and did a good job defensively keeping chances down for the opponent. Nate Slavin was there to make the saves needed to keep them scoreless. Just seconds left in the first half JJ Kuisel took a corner kick which deflected out towards the 18 within the scramble of players and then Miles Bowser took a shot low and wide out of the keepers reach.
