The ladies came out victorious winning every event of the night and finishing with a score of 110-14. On the boys side, it was neck and neck all night with Batesville claiming 7 first place finishes to Lawrenceburg’s 8. It came down to the last event, the 4 x 400m relay to decide the outcome of the meet. Batesville had a two point lead and needed to win the last relay to keep the win, but the Lawrenceburg Tigers did not go down without a fight. According to their coach, they dropped just over 8 seconds from their best time of the season to just outbeat the Bulldogs which also gave them
the team victory for the night, 63-60. Great performance Lawrenceburg!
