Mary Jean Clift Caudill

Mary Jean Clift Caudill, of Moores Hill, was born on March 23, 1963 in Dearborn County, the daughter of Carl Raymond and Katherine Anderson Clift.  She was a homemaker who loved spending time with her family and being outdoors.  Mary was a member of the Auxiliary of the Moores Hill American Legion Post #209, and enjoyed painting, fishing, gardening and hunting.  On Saturday, April 15, 2017, at the age of 54, she passed away at her residence.

 

Those surviving who will cherish Mary’s memory include her fiancé; John D. Caudill; children, Novia (Jared) Taylor of Dillsboro, Aqua Sibley of Cross Plains, Skylar Sibley (Amber Martin) of Osgood, Sabra Sibley of Osgood, Barbara Ridner of Morris, and Robert (Cynthia) Ridner of Maryland; 23 grandchildren; sisters, Bedee Clift and Sunday Wright, both of Dillsboro, Ramona Thompson of Sayre, PA, Anna Prough of Milan, PA, Thelma Wingate and Margie Wilson, both of Dillsboro, and Florence Smith of Harrisburg, PA; a brother, Carl Christopher Clift of Dillsboro, and many other family and friends.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a twin brother, Joseph Clift, and two additional brothers, Harold Clift and Paul Clift.

 

Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, April 20, 2017 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Cook Rosenberger Funeral Home, 107 Vine Street, Sunman.  Brother Jim William Pittman of Lighthouse Baptist Church in Milan will officiate the service at 1 p.m.  Burial will follow in Little Memory Cemetery.
