Batesville girls track wins Ripley County Championship

Batesville hosted the Ripley County meet on Thursday evening.

As a team, the Lady Bulldogs were crowned the County Champions scoring an impressive 134 points to South Ripley’s 70. Milan finished 3rd with 18 and Jac-Cen-Del ended up with 10.

On the boys side, Milan came away with the championship trophy beating Batesville by 15 points, 102-87. South Ripley came in 3rd with 32 points and Jac-Cen-Del wth 17.

Jac-Cen-Del’s Corbin White took home the County Championship in the shot put and the discus.
