Greensburg, IN—Starting Thursday, August 8, there will be no access from North Carver Street to and from the State Road 3 Bypass. Construction crews will be reconstructing the approaches to and from the bypass. This will take approximately 2 weeks, weather permitting.
Detours to the area can choose either Broadway to Veterans Way from the east side or Moscow Road to streets 9-11 from the west side.
