Batesville, IN — The Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce celebrated 100 years of business on Thursday in the Village Shopping Center. The day was hosted with a membership drive special as well as they gave away a total of $1000 in Chamber Dollars as prizes. Tricia Miller, eThe Executive Director of the Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce stated that it was a beautiful day to celebrate the 100 Year Anniversary and membership drive. The Mayor proclaimed October 8th, 2020 as the Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce Day.
The chamber will be offering 10% Off Membership now through October 30th. The chamber also announced that there will be a new holiday event, Holiday Lights at Liberty presented by the City of Batesville, Batesville Area Chamber, and Batesville Main Street to replace the Christmas Parade for 2020.
